Choose your starting line
Wingfoiling and paragliding share a power source, but their skills, equipment and training are different. Pick one to learn first. Book an introductory session with a recognised local school before buying equipment.
Make the first day about learning
Ask your instructor what to bring, how the session is structured, and what happens if the weather changes. Set a small goal: understand the equipment and the site. Progress is not measured in distance.
Build a repeatable habit
Keep a short session log: what you practised, what felt unfamiliar, and what you want to ask next time. Follow your instructor’s progression rather than an online timetable.
